The 2015 TSensors Summit will be held at the Florida Hospital in Celebration, FL, located next to Celebration Health. On a daily basis the Center trains physicians, nurses, and Allied Health professionals from around the globe on leading-edge clinical and surgical techniques. The facility also opens their state-of-the art meeting space to organizations whose mission aligns with their own, “to transform global healthcare through revolutionary thinking and innovation.” The Trillion Sensors Initiative aligns perfectly with this mission, and we are excited about the opportunity to host this impactful event at their facility. Florida Hospital Nicholson Center is located at 404 Celebration Place, Celebration, FL 34747.

From Orlando International Airport, located at 1 Jeff Fuqua Blvd, get on FL-417 Toll S. Follow FL-417 Toll S to Celebration Ave. in Celebration. Take exit 2 from FL-417 Toll S. Drive to Celebration Place. Travel time approximately 25 minutes without traffic.

Parking is plentiful and free of charge.

We are pleased to have secured the beautiful Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, FL as our host hotel. It is also the location of the December 9 Reception and Dinner. It is located just nine miles from the Summit venue, the Nicholson Center. The resort is a "suite only" property.

Reservation details:

The contracted room block is now full and the rate expired on November 8. Although there are no more units available in the Grande Tower, but many other units on the property in various "communities" are still available for the group rate of $165 on a first served basis.

You may want to check online first to see if they are offering something for the timeframe you wish to stay that may be better than the group rate.

If you wish to get the group rate you must call Central Reservations at 877-778-2243 and mention you are with the TSensors Group to get the group rate.

The other units are located in various "communities" just minutes from the Tower, which is where the dinner will be held. Shuttles are available from all communities to the Tower.

With such a low rate being offered at the Reunion Resort for an up to three bedroom villa, you may want to consider bringing your family for an early December vacation in Orlando. The Resort is located south of Orlando, only six miles from Walt Disney World® and nearby to Universal Studios®, SeaWorld® and many other attractions.
